We understand that you may have to test drive several cars before you make a decision. Please take your time – booking a test drive allows us to serve you best but we can do an ‘on-the-spot drive with our pleasure. If it’s the right car for you, you can secure it there and then (see below).
As soon as possible – We can often do this on the same day. Sometimes, it can be a couple of days. We can arrange a 5 day Insurance and tax your car on your behalf to make this quicker.
All cars come with any balance of manufacturers warranty, and/or a 6 months Warranty. A select few of our cars may have specialist Warranties included (in the case of Classic Cars etc) or may in the case of our Part Exchange vehicles, be offered with a 3 Month Warranty.
We usually ask for £200 deposit to secure your car - we then remove your car from sale. This can be arranged over the phone in order to hold a vehicle prior to inspection if you live far away. All deposits are fully refunded if the car is not to your satisfaction.
You don't need to put a deposit down if you are making a journey.... we guarantee not to sell the car to anyone else once you are on your way - you will need to call us as you make the final preparations for your journey. Please make this known to us when you initially speak to us about the car - it rarely happens, but it has happened - customers travel for hours without telling us they are coming and the car has sold when they arrive. There is a law in action here (!) If you do decide to take the car there and then, we have a 5 day Drive Away Insurance that we can apply to the car and this will allow you to return home with your new purchase instead of returning once your insurance is in place.
Depending on your circumstances, we can deliver your car to your address. There may be a small charge depending on the distance.
No used cars retain the previous owners tax now. You choose 6 or 12 months and we can do the rest for you online, ensuring that you are road legal before you leave.
Depending on the CO2 level of your car – we are happy to advise you.
No problem, we can arrange for all of the forms to be filled and a seamless transition into your new vehicle.
If you are part exchanging your old car, you will need to bring your registration document (V5), current MOT certificate and any relevant service history for the car. If you have misplaced your V5 document, call us and we will explain the procedure. If you are applying for finance, you will also need to bring your drivers license and a utility bill.
We have great relationships with several lenders and if anyone can get you sorted, then we can
We take all major credit cards, and cash (sorry, no personal cheques)
